Shredder

產品用途：

It is one of the main granulating machines in natural rubber production line and crumb rubber production line. Coagulated latex or cup lump is dewatered and pressed by creper to be rubber sheet for the shredder. Afterwards the shredder breaks the rubber sheet into rubber pieces for drying.

產品原理：

The breaking roller of the machine whirls at a high speed by the driving of the main motor through the belts, while the feeding roller at a low speed of the cycloidal gear reducing motor through chains. The feeding roller presses the rubber sheet in the gap between the breaking roller and the fixed blade and the breaking roller breaks the rubber sheet into small rubber granules with high speed rotary.
